Since we bought our first printer in 2016, we have spent countless hours modifying each printer until the quality became unmatched. Now, we have our very own private line of printers whose printing quality has been better than ever.
Unlike other 3D printing businesses, we have the capacity to use ABS which has a higher quality, finish, and resistance.
- What are your shipping options?
Standard & Priority shipping is available. Rates will be calculated at checkout.
We provide FREE standard U.S. shipping for orders over $30+.
Orders over $100 are provided with free Priority U.S. shipping.
- Do you ship internationally?
We pride ourselves on having successfully shipped orders to over 20 countries & territories!
2021 update: We are currently not doing orders outside of the U.S. and territories due to longer than normal shipping and processing times caused by COVID-19. We respect all of our customers and we do not want to waste your valuable time during this unprecedented period. We hope to make our products available worldwide soon. Please check again soon!
- When should I receive my order?
Every order is shipped within 3 business days.
Receiving your order depends on your selected shipping method. Standard U.S. shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. Priority mail takes 1 to 3 business days to ship.

- An item I want is sold out, what can I do?
Being a small business our inventory and manufacturing capacity can be limiting. We restock our online inventory weekly so check again soon! If an item you want is sold out, please notify us at email@example.com and we can add you to a waiting list so you are the first to know when it comes back in stock!
- Do you provide gift wrapping?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not.
- My order came in with missing parts. What can I do?
We are so sorry to hear that! As a small business, we try our best to quickly and accurately send our many packages out. Being that we are only 2 people, mistakes may happen but we are always happy to make things right! You can find detailed instructions here.
