Processing Time

As a small business we really appreciate your order! We do our best to process your order between 2-3 business days (not including shipping transit time). 


We use USPS as our preferred courier for their efficiency, reliability, and accessibility.

We have several shipping options available depending on your order size: 
  • Standard First Class (3-7 days) is free for U.S. orders $30 & up. 
    • If order does not qualify, then shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Priority Mail (2-5 days) is free for U.S. orders $100 & up.
We are currently not doing orders outside of the U.S. and territories due to longer than normal shipping and processing times caused by COVID-19. We respect all of our customers and we do not want to waste your valuable time during this unprecedented period.
Transit time depends on your location and shipping time selected. 

Free Shipping

U.S. orders over $30+ will be eligible for free Standard First Class Shipping.

U.S. orders over $100+ will be offered free Priority Mail.

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If you notice that the address is incorrect, please contact me IMMEDIATELY at Labels are created within 24 hours of purchase. If you contact me within 24 hours of your purchase then I can correct the address. 

If your package has been shipped to the incorrect or incomplete address but returned to 3D Lasers Lab, we can offer a partial refund (shipping charges will not be refunded) or to resend your package to a correct address. A refund will not be provided until package has been inspected upon arrival. All goods must be in new condition. If your package does not arrive back to 3D Lasers Lab, we cannot provide a refund. 

Do you Provide Tracking?

Yes! A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking is provided via USPS so you will be redirected to their website when you click on the provided number or link. 

Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or you fear it may be lost, please directly contact your USPS carrier to report the lost package and to file a location claim. 

My Package has been Stolen

We are so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we are not responsible for stolen packages. If your tracking number has been marked 'delivered' by the carrier, you will need to contact your local carrier and police department to report that your order has been stolen.

Cancellation Policy

As long as your package has not been shipped, we are more than happy to help you out and cancel your order. Please email us at with your name, order number, and a request to cancel your order. 
If accepted, a full refund will be initiated after 24-48 hours of your cancellation request. 

My Order Came in Damaged

As much as we would like to avoid, your order will never travel without a bump or two along the way. If you order came in damaged, we want to correct that IMMEDIATELY.

Please contact us at and provide the following:

1) Name 2) Order Number 3) photo of the box and items.

After review, we will send you an email with a new tracking number number and ship out your new package ASAP. In the meantime, please contact your local USPS to file a complaint.

My Order Came With Missing Parts

We are so sorry to hear that!  As a small business, we try our best to quickly and accurately send our many packages out. Being that we are only 2 people, mistakes may happen but we are always happy to make things right!

Email us at and provide the following:

    1. Name
    2. Order Number
    3. Detailed message of what part is missing
    4. [OPTIONAL] photo of all items 

Photos are encouraged so we can quickly assess the situation.

We will purchase a new label and send everything you need ASAP. You should receive an email with a tracking number for the new label.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. Within 30-days after receiving your order you must request a return in order to receive a refund. Items must be in their original packaging in order to receive a full refund. A used or tampered product will be offered a partial refund. Please contact us at with your name, order number, reason for returning, and an optional photo of your items.  

An Item I Want Is Sold Out

Being a small business our inventory and manufacturing capacity can be limiting. We restock our online inventory weekly so check again soon! If an item you want is sold out, please notify us at and we can add you to a waiting list so you are the first to know when it comes back in stock!
