Thank you for shipping with 3D Lasers Lab! The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you may have about shipping times and rates.
Please Note: COVID-19 has delayed in-transit packages. We are working with USPS and UPS to ensure that your package stays on schedule. If you have any concerns that your package may not arrive on time, please contact us via email.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing time:
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Holidays.
We work round-clock to ensure that you get your packages are sent on time. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders then we will contact you via email if we suspect any delay. If you are concerned with your package not arriving on time, then please contact us at 3dlaserslab@gmail.com.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Free shipping is available for orders $35+ in the United States.
We offer $5 flat rate domestic shipping in the United States.
Priority shipping rates are also available for $8.
For Canadian buyers please look under International Shipping Policy.
Orders delivered through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International Shipping Policy
Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. and Canada are calculated at checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to countries/territories in Africa, Russia, or China.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
3D Lasers Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
3D Lasers Lab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping-- but we want to help!
First, contact United States Postal Service to file a claim. Please take photos and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
